Thrive is hiring a Spanish Speaking Parent Liaison!

Thrive believes that when families are strong, children succeed, and
communities thrive.

The Spanish Speaking Parent Liaison is responsible for developing enhanced parent and school communications for the district’s Spanish speaking families by:

– Increasing opportunities for Spanish speaking parents to collaborate and participate as partners with our schools with regard to the academic and social growth of their children, and

– Assisting Spanish speaking parents in identifying positive parenting practices through facilitating one-on-one meetings and/or parenting workshops

– Connecting Spanish speaking parents with community resources

This position is designed to support Spanish speaking students, families, and all Bozeman Public School staff in order to promote the academic, social, and emotional success of students at school and at home.

This position may occasionally require work outside of normal working hours, including some weekends when events are held.

Compensation: $37,200/yr commensurate with experience + Benefits
