Thrive Partners with Children’s Museum for GOTR 5k!

The Children’s Museum of Bozeman and Thrive invite runners of all ages to lace up for the Dash and Splash, Bozeman’s favorite family fun run! The Dash and Splash will be held on Saturday, June 4 th , 2016 at the Meadowlark School on Durston Road. The action kicks off at 9am on Saturday morning with the 3K Kids’ Challenge. The 5K Classic launches at 10am, and runners from all around the valley will be joined by volunteers and participants from Thrive’s Girls on the Run program for an uplifting race appropriate for all levels and abilities.

All racers are encouraged to dive over the finish line on our super­sized Slip­n­Slide! We’ll have awards for the kids, a prize raffle open to all participants, and every runner gets a rubber duckie! Race registration is $15 for the 3K Kids’ Challenge and $25 for the 5K Classic. Runners can register online at www.racemontana.com through Thursday, June 2nd. In­person registration will be available at the Children’s Museum, Thrive, and the Bozeman Running Company until 12pm on Friday, June 3rd. Packet pickup for pre­registered runners takes place from 12pm to 5pm on Friday, June 3 rd at Bozeman Running Company. Race Day registration opens at 8am on June 4 th at the Meadowlark School.

Vital support for this year’s Dash and Splash comes from Montana Vein Clinic, Bozeman Creek Family Health, TKTK, and the Bozeman Running Company. “We’re thrilled to be part of this terrific community event,” says Casey Jermyn of BRC.
