CAP Mentor:
Dylan Delay – Emily Dickinson Elementary
Each month we honor CAP Mentors who go above and beyond. This month we are excited to announce that Dylan Delay, mentor at Emily Dickinson Elementary, is our December Mentor in the Spotlight! Congratulations, Dylan!
Dylan is an exceptional CAP mentor. He has been a part of the program for four years and has made a big impact on the program and Emily Dickinson Elementary. Dylan is an excellent communicator and very reliable. He arrives with a smile on his face and knows how to show people he cares with his attention and kindness. In addition to these wonderful traits, Dylan is also motivated to help recruit new CAP mentors and speaks regularly with his fraternity group about joining the program. He is an honorary volunteer recruiter for Thrive!
Dylan’s student shared that he looks forward to the day he has CAP every week and likes that Dylan will play any game he wants to play and laughs with him. Thank you, Dylan! We are so thankful to have you as a CAP mentor!
