In a flexible work environment, the Systems Coordinator plays a critical role in building, strengthening, and maintaining Thrive’s information systems. This role requires working with multiple teams, including Operations, Development, and Programs. The Systems Coordinator also works closely with the organization’s accountant.

Primary Position Responsibilities

Serve as organization’s primary manager of Salesforce (CRM) and Formstack automated workflow accounts, to include:

  •   Building reports and dashboards for various teams
  •   Managing new client relations information
  •   Managing donations for development team to include account updates and  assigning thank you communication and tax receipts
  •   Processing donations from event platforms to include coding for accounting
  •   Managing registration and evaluation tools for program teams
  •   Building and updating forms
  •   Mapping and managing integrations
  •   Managing marketing requests
  •   Organizing and exporting data

Additional Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with multiple audiences to achieve goals, to include:

  •   Addressing staff troubleshooting needs
  •   Coaching staff for further understanding of system applications and data management
  •   Greeting and assisting public in office and over phone as part of the Operations team
  •   Supporting Thrive’s marketing team with project tasks outlined in marketing plan to build brand as well as relationships with key stakeholders

Core Competencies

  •   Strong personal ethics, integrity and values, consistent with Thrive’s value and culture
  •   Knowledge of technology and business and management principles involved in building and maintaining digital systems
  •   Able to build and maintain relationships through effective oral and written communication
  •   Strong interpersonal and small-group communication skills
  •   Understanding of self’s strengths and how they relate to the strengths of others
  •   Support for and participation in Thrive’s culture, values, and philosophy
  •   Strong professional acumen, including the ability to protect confidential and/or sensitive data

Education & Preferred Experience

  •   Four-year degree in accounting, business administration, or related field and/or related work experience
  •   Experience working with client relationship management software, Salesforce preferred
  •   Work experience with non-profit organizations preferred but not required
  •   Experience working with organizations that support families and children a plus

Other Related Experience

  •   Experience using Formstack, MailChimp, Smartsheet, Google Sheets, Stripe, OneCause a plus

Compensation: Range $50,000-$55,000, commensurate with experience + Benefits

Employment type: 40 hours/week, non-exempt
