Kippy Sands
Mentor for: 15 Years!
Kippy has been an absolutely incredible support to our community throughout the 15 years (!) she has been a CAP Mentor. We love and appreciate her dedication to the program. She currently mentors 3 children, all at separate times so they all get their own positive one-on-one attention from a trusting adult. Kippy has been a Mentor in the Spotlight before and we are so proud to present her with our 2019 Mentor of the Year award.
In addition to her CAP Students, Kippy is willing to share her knowledge and experiences with the whole class. She has traveled around the world, and children are fascinated by her stories.
